Meals on Wheels-Kendall County
Meals on Wheels-Kendall County provides hot and nutritious meals for anyone who is homebound and meets qualifications for the program. Meals on Wheels-Kendall County is run out of the The Center at Kronkosky Place in Boerne, and the Comfort Golden Age Center partners with them to deliver Meals on Wheels to residents in and around Comfort every weekday. We also offer dining-in meals at the center (congregate meals) and frozen meals can be delivered for the weekend or holidays.
To qualify you must meet at least one or more of the following:
60 years of age or older
Unable to prepare a meal or have one prepared
Homebound and/or disabled
Those with special needs may be eligible if funding is available or they are unable to go to a senior nutrition center for lunch.

We always need Drivers and Jumpers! If you would like to help deliver meals to local seniors in need, please come by the Center for information on how you can help!
Please note that a background check is required.
